Fishing Opener...

Usually, we go to Leech Lake for fishing opener and usually the weather is cold and rainy...but this year, we decided to stay home and the weather was beautiful. Since the weather was SO nice, we decided to take Leo out on the boat for awhile just to see how he would do! We knew the life jacket was going to be an issue, so we tried the life jacket on at home first! He pushed on it, pulled on it, basically tried to rip it off! But once he got on the boat - it didn't matter - he didn't care that he had it on. There were too many things to distract him - screw heads, buttons, knobs, coolers, nets, etc. He loved it! He loved being on the boat so much, that when the wind picked up, he didn't even care that I put a hat on his head.
