Memorial Day Weekend

We made our 5th annual Memorial Day trip to

Cyrus Resort on Lake of the Woods with the Zothman's last weekend.

Here are some of the highlights:

Scott and David took Leo out fishing on Saturday.   

Here he is - so proud of his "BIG walleye". 

   Dad:  "What should we do with the fish?" 

   Leo: "Bring it home for Mama!"

 I am actually quite amazed at this picture.  They are both sitting, facing the camera AND smiling...
...doesn't happen very often these days!

We started going on this trip with the Zothman's in 2008.  FIVE years, TWO engagements, TWO weddings, and THREE kids later - we are still making the trip!  Our time together is very different, but still really fun!  This year, there was no "BIG" news from either family.  We will see what next year brings...
