Happy Halloween 2011

Yesterday, we went over to Tether's to carve pumpkins with the all kids. Leo really got into it...if we would have given him a knife, he would have tried to carve his pumpking himself! Instead, he just poked holes in his pumpkin and told me what to do! Here are all of the kids - Jon (12), Abi (9), Ava (7), Leo (2 1/2) and Violet (7 mos) in costume - Facebook, a zebra, a cute nerd, a farmer and a bumble bee! Jon's costume even won the "People's Choice" award at the bowling alley Halloween party the night before! Whoop! Whoop!
A farmer was the only costume we could get Leo to agree to. I am pretty sure that the only reason he agreed to it was because I said he could drive his tractor when we went out trick or treating! So, we went trick or treating (with his tractor!) for about an hour tonight. Scott tied a rope to the front of the tractor and pulled him around, since he can't quite pedal it yet. Leo would have gone longer, but his hands got cold. They would have just gotten in the way and slowed down his rate of candy consumption! Leo ate SOOO much candy tonight...every house we went to meant a new piece of candy in his mouth! Oh well!

Here are a few pictures of the kids tonight...
We had a great night! Hope everyone else did too! Happy Halloween!
